Before studying at The Institute of Optimum Nutrition I worked extensively in the food industry on commercial brand development, creating many successful new products for my clients.It was this experience that led me to explore the impact of diet on health and the development of disease.The focus of my work involves identifying food combinations to suit each individual client, working towards achieving their optimum health and ongoing well-being.My extensive food knowledge enables me to create individually designed, easy to follow meal plans which will help achieve my client’s health goals.I regularly attend seminars and workshops to keep updated with advances in nutrition and its application to individuals.Using targeted nutrition, my approach has achieved excellent short and long-term results for my clients.I am a member of the following Nutrition and Health Associations:• British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT)• The Nutritional Therapy Council (NTCC)• The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)• Associate Member of Royal Society of Medicine
