Manage a full client-based caseload from inception through the trial phase. Handle auto, premises and No-Fault litigation, including SIU No Fault matters, draft and respond to pleadings, discovery demands, responses to discovery demands and prepare cases for trial in Supreme Court and Civil Court. I have been managing the No Fault Trial Part for all of Queens County as of 2013. I handle on average 1 to 5 bench trials per day, which requires medical testimony in all fields of medicine. I spend extensive time preparing the doctors for trial as well as preparation in order to effectively cross examine the opposing medical witnesses.I have mentored the newer hires in the disciplines of personal injury defense work as well as No Fault Litigation.
