I am a Global Financial Services Executive with over 30 years of experience scaling the growth for numerous emerging and Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Oracle, Hewlett Packard, and the NASDAQ Stock Market. Known for recognizing underperforming areas and pivoting towards a successful and profitable turnaround, I am an experienced leader in IPOs and a key participant in the largest leveraged buyout leading to privatization.In IBM’s Global Markets organization, I lead a team focused on the company’s largest financial services clients and leveraging IBM’s services in hybrid cloud, data and AI, and hardware and software. In 2021, the business experienced revenues in excess of $1B.Previously, I directed Microsoft’s Financial Services strategy with revenues of $6B, driving 17% year-over-year growth, leading the prioritization of industry solutions and their alignment to Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and digital platform. I also delivered $1.5-$2B revenue for Amazon Web Services.Prior to that, I generated annual sales exceeding $3.9B for Hewlett-Packard Packard, overseeing the company’s largest clients – Citigroup, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and many others. I orchestrated the resources and sponsorships for executing business effectively on a global scale across HP’s portfolio and banking units. Additionally, I led global sales, sales engineering, business development, alliance and channels for Oracle’s largest verticals business unit, FSGBU, with 400 employees globally.While serving as VP, Business Development for NASDAQ, IPOs on NASDAQ for 2004 increased 204% to 169, representing 65% of the 260 IPOs across all markets in 2004. Of the 169 companies listed, 22 were international, attributing to $4B in capital. And with Good Technology I assisted the CEO with an IPO, providing insights and data.
