As a Certified Notary Signing Agent I accept assignments from Title Companies, Lenders, or Signing   Companies.  After the assignment is accepted, I print the loan documents, travel to an agreed to location to meet with the borrowers, explain the documents to the borrowers, insure that the documents are executed properly and Notarized, then return them as quickly as possible via whatever overnight carrier the Title Company requests.Contacted new companies to solicit business.All phases of accounting with Quick Books.Provided all requirements of companies before and after closing.Performed professional and accurate loan closings at the convenience of the borrower.   Performed as many as 7 closings per day.

After over 19 years working as a Notary Signing Agent, performing closings of all types, I decided to try my hand at a type of Real Estate Sales. I helped families and retirees find homes in Manufactured Home Communities. After a few years of doing this, I realized I wanted to be able to provide more for my clients, so I got my Real Estate License. By teaming up with Robert Slack LLC I am now able to truly offer a state of the art process to market, sell, or help you find the home of your dreams.
