My most important role is mom. The goal of my current role is to connect women to opportunites, maximize their talents, and help companies recognize how important it is to have multi-talented, multi-skilled, experienced women on their team. The roles of Lawyer, Career Counselor, Teacher, Curriculum Developer, Mentor, Restorative Justice Volunteer, Youth Council Member, Consultant, Artist and wayward alto choir member are just some of the roles that I have experienced. Like many mothers in the workforce, I have had experiences that have given me several skills, connections, and unique perspectives on how to succeed in business.
