I did all of the planning of production at our plant, which was onsite. I purchased all of the raw materials and components, working with suppliers on getting the best cost savings. I also was responsible for managing the inventory to keep cost low with a just in time buying.

I started in data entry, then was promoted to the accounting department and then was promoted to the purchasing department. I went from an purchasing assitence to a buyer of all raw materials for Durkee Red Hot Sauce and French's Mustard.
