Managing a team of 14 paralegals handling litigation, coverage and service of process as well as maintaining an active case count. Responsible for training of paralegals within my group as well as coaching and professional development of team members.

Interview and hire new candidates for staff positions.

Supported several partners and associates. Handled large case load including document review, drafting of discovery, responding to discovery and preparation of large document productions. Prepared for trials including organization of exhibits as well as attending trials. Worked on large complex cases including support of attorneys on World Trade Center. Supported office manager as back up from 1986 to 2000. Began career as receptionist working up to Senior Paralegal with management experience.
