I am an energetic, fast learning, hard worker. I love interacting with people and getting the job done.I have years of experience in a variety of fields, the most recent being Short Term Insurance as an Underwriter on both Personal and Commercial business.I started in the Short Term Insurance industry quite late in life and found that I have a passion for it. I create quotes for clients, update policies with new information that needs to be added or remove risk that is no longer needed. I work on annual renewals ensuring that the clients receive their notification on time before the renewal is activated. I work directly with both brokers and clients, depending on what the contract with them is. I love making sure that clients’ risks are covered correctly and that should there be a claim, nothing has fallen through the cracks to create unhappy clients.Other than Insurance, I was a sales manager for a well known biscuit factory where I would deal directly with corporate clients, ensuring that their orders were invoiced correctly, manufactured and delivered on time countrywide. Dealing with and solving queries was a daily thing to do and I took them on with gust as no customer must be left unhappy.Before working at the factory, I was in the Advertising Industry for approximately 13 years. Starting out as a print production manager and moving to project manager and then studio manager. My time at the agencies was wonderful and I got to understand how creative ideas can come to light.I am one of the weird people that love admin, any admin, so when it comes to paperwork in whatever shape or form, I feel quite at home handling it.
