I underwrite conventional loans but also have my DE and VA LAPP. SunTrust has a government HUD so I have not been able to exercise my government skill. Prior to moving into underwriting, I spent 5 years at SunTrust as an Account Executive. During this time I worked with brokers on USDA, VA, FHA and Conventional loans, both conforming and non-conforming. I have never originated sub-prime products at any time in my career. Alt A products were offered at SunTrust until 2006 when they moved away from that line of business. I have excellent computer skills and have worked as a SME in prior positions as new origination systems were developed. As SunTrust has decided to exit the Wholesale line of business, I look forward to a new opportunity with a reputable company.

Called on Broker clients, introduced them to SunTrust's Products, reviewed loan scenarios and helped guide them through the loan approval process.
