- Serve as a liaison between Manufacturing Operations and IT to deliver MES configuration updates. - Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from gathering requirements, development, testing, implementation, documentation to maintenance. - Conduct inquiries pertaining to the development of new information systems to meet current and projected business needs. - Confer with organizational units involved to determine requirements. - Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems.- Prepare functional, systems and program specifications, project plans and implementation schedules. - Provide status updates of assigned projects.- Provide guidance and support to MES users including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving reported issues.- Partner with IT to develop Camstar workflows for new product introductions and sustaining manufacturing process improvement projects. - Ensure 100% adherence to all IT and department policy, processes and procedures. - Offer new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Identify and implement new practices and processes that are “best in field”. - Work closely with end-users to conduct User Acceptance Test and ensure on-time project delivery. - Build data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and testing scenarios. - Collaborate with end-users to design and implement new features for system enhancement. - Coordination with business users, subject matter experts and developers. - Ability to facilitate meeting needs including determine meeting cadence, schedule calls, compose Minutes of Meeting, identify, and follow up on action items.
