• Menu planning and execution for lunch and snack for 100-150 students• Work with Farm Director to plan and coordinate farm vegetables into menu• Food sourcing for all ingredients, focusing on organic and local ingredients• Manage volunteer schedule for parents and students regarding service and clean-up• Work with 3rd grade class for farm lunch preparation• Maintain all safety requirements regarding food preparation and service• Write and maintain recipe database including dietary tracking to make sure nutritional needs were being met
