- Act as a HR Global Partner, setup the HR process for the oversea office, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, etc.- Act as a Project Manager, responsible for HRIS (PeopleSoft) set-up and implementation, including needs analysis, vendor coordination, system testing, employee training and communication.- Act as an Internal Consultant, review and improve the day-to-day activities in Personnel Administration process. C&B Management:- Responsible for ensuring payroll processes are performed accurately and timely;- Responsible for ensuring all the C&B related process are compliant with the internal and external audit requirements Provided regular & ad-hoc HR reporting & dashboards for management team to support business decision making, e.g. . Headcount, Attrition Rate, Personnel Cost, , etc.;- Provided research and analytical support in annual compensation and benefit survey;- Responsible for the annual merit increase planning, calibration and implementation.- Coordinated the implementation of bonus programs, including target setting, evaluation, screening and payment;- Actively participated in the promotion process;- Lead C&B function in Shanghai, Beijing, Wuxi, Nanchang, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and responsible for setting performance expectations with team members, regularly reinforcing goals and providing coaching and feedback on their performanceProjects- Responsible for HIRS (Platinum) set-up and implementation, including Payroll, Personnel movement, OT & Leave modules.
