• The ITEC project was part of a £118m International collaboration project to replace NATS Flight Data Processing systems to provide future for NATS evolution into a European leader in the ANSP market.
• Whilst in the project definition phase managed a team of 70+ engineers and ATC specialists, coordinating with systems partners to finalise designs and confirm requirements.

• 9.3m project to relocate NATS core Flight Data Processing systems, including one of the most complex computer systems in Europe (NAS, CCDS and SIDE) from West Drayton to Swanwick, maintaining 24 hour operation with.
• Joined project in the implementation phase, when the project was in some difficulty, successfully delivered all three systems with no operational impact to time and budget.
