During the 6 year certification, no major findings were reported, minimal non-conformance reported.~Reduction in headcount in the administrative department from 8 employees to 4 including reduction of overtime.~Dormant Inventory reduced by $1.4 million, creating inventory turns of less than 6 turn.~Analyzed monthly Aged Trial Balance report, maintained DSO of 45 days, conducted collection calls, evaluated and resolved charge backs.~Expense reduction in utilities, trucking office supplies, building maintenance, resulting in an average monthly savings of $5,000.~Built relationships with mill representative, results included disposition of more nonconforming material going back to the mill.~Lead on 2 green belt Lean Six Sigma projects, leading to increased on-time delivery and reduction in common carrier expenses.~Consolidation of two facilities including inventories of approximately 9 million pounds, office furniture, files, computer equipment, phone equipment and utilities.~Manage the salary and benefit administration, including new employee orientation, worker's compensation.~Maintained and implemented company policies.~Create and interpreted reports for inventory, purchasing, expenses, nonconforming material and customers.
