As a Customer Care Specialist, I answer phone calls, direct customers' questions to the proper parties, take catalog orders, answer product questions and fit information, review order tracking information and work with others in DRR segments. When working at the Brookfield Inlet my responsibilities varied to include store set up of displays, customer checkout and product assistance, catalog orders, inventory, stock, store housekeeping, and yearly trips to Dodgeville to assist in projects and to supervise in tent and register areas at the Harris Park sale.
