Recent experience in the development of higher and degree apprenticeships and employer engagement. Member of several partnership networks with a particular interest in widening participation in higher education to bring opportunities to students.

Responsible for strategic leadership and management of a wide range of curriculum including higher education, adult and 16-18 across degree and apprenticeships. Lead for Ofsted key question. Facilitator for Integrated Quality and Enhancement Review.Responsible for Quality Improvement Plan, planning 16-18 funding, leading and developing curriculum plan and oversight of capital bids.Responsible for learner journey including information, advice and guidance, learning resource centres, additional learning support and welfare, guidance and pastoral support.
