• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the charity’s 54-acre, seven-building head office which - prior to Covid-19 - was home to around 300 staff and volunteers. Oversight of a £3.3 million budget. • First point of contact for internal stakeholders to ensure that the office facilities and services were up to scratch.• Management of the fleet operations for the charity, comprising a mix of 350+ vans and up to 100 company cars across the UK. Ensuring compliance, monitoring mileage and maintenance data to ensure that the vehicles were used where they were needed the most.• Using my business continuity experience, I played a leading role in the Covid Response Group to ensure organisational compliance with evolving pandemic regulations while maintaining core essential operations. I worked with the Health & Safety Manager to interpret constantly changing regulations across the four nations, publishing and disseminating guidance to support the wider operational and retail teams to ensure they remained informed and aligned with safety protocols.
