Responsible for various areas related to TrackerSuite.Net, including customer implementations, support, software testing, and related activities.

Lead resource for analysis of business processes, internal software applications and research of software vendors, including but not limited to the following:• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying business needs• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements • Collaborate with executive management to determine ongoing best practice application solutions for business needs• Work with software vendors to modify existing application code to support business requirements• Create and update executive reports/dashboards utilizing web interface or Crystal Reports• Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers• Train 300+ global users on new and/or upgraded applications• Document business and technical workflow for training purposes• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans

Manage database applications including applying software updates, installing, testing, creating and administering user training to over 300 users in global locations on new and existing software applications, including but not limited to: • Customer information databases• Project tracking applications• Proposal and Contract management systems• Support issue tracking applications• Time and Expense accounting applications• Billing and Invoicing systems• HR Management databases• Modify in-house application designs using Visual Basic, HTML, XML, ASP.NET, SharePoint and Lotus Notes as necessary to support corporate goals• Create clear and concise end-user documentation on all related applications• Develop and implement complex financial and management reporting utilizing Crystal Reports and MS Excel• Perform routine archival and data maintenance on existing databases• Monitor email queues and application processes/agents • Query and Update SQL data tables and access levels to ensure data integrity• Trouble-shoot application and server issues for over 300 global users, set up new users, manage access control, remove old users from email and application systems (MS Exchange Server/Active Directory, Lotus Notes NABs)• General desktop support for approximately 150 local users
