I have had every clerical position from Administrative Assistant to Managers Clerk. I retired as a Central Office Technician January, 2013 with 30 years service.

Check in clients, fill prescriptions, take messages for the Dr. Any and all duties pertaining to the hospital. I work part time, two days per week.

I pay bills, make and send out invoices for all of our commercial properties. I pull various reports using quick books, general ledgers, add all credit card receipts, and reconcile. I do the payroll for all employees, tally job work orders. Order office supplies. Add all new clients. Any and all administrative work. I work along with our two outside Managers and our CEO.
