The purpose of this mission is to equip and train the teachers at Trinity Church’s primary school, to teach the Bible faithfully and so develop the spiritual maturity of the children.

Implementing lesson plans and supervising all subjects and age groups as needed,

• Planning and overseeing the implementation of daily programmes• Supervising, mentoring and motivating personnel, setting clear goals, providing relevant feedback and discipline as required • Interpreting Grade R CAPS and Pre-Grade R NCF curricula into assessment tools and term reports for teachers• Implementing Bible teaching and Christian culture of the school • Establishing, overseeing and evaluating effective systems, governance processes and quality controls• Leading school discipline strategies and individual support planning for learners• Managing budgets, expenses and forecasts• Building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with key stakeholders• Producing various reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and other documentation • Responsible for multiple functions including reception, building development and logistics, maintenance and administration• Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health, safety and school statutory policies• Driving funding partnerships and communication

• Designing e-learning training content in line with the Core Skills Training Framework for Health and Social Care Staff• Working closely with e-learning team, as well as with external subject matter experts and project stakeholders, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels

• Coordinating and supervising sixty volunteers, planning and implementing leadership training• Developing curriculum and resources• Preparing and presenting children’s church and club meetings, as well as Christian lessons for three primary schools

Supply teaching included implementing lesson plans and supervising all subjects and age groups, as needed. Being an English Tutor for individual students included developing their early literacy skills through systematic and creative programmes.

• Managing the content development and creative conceptualisation of a portfolio of e-learning sessions for medical professionals• Liaising closely with medical editors and content authors from professional bodies, building strong working relationships • Designing storyboards, according to instructional standards and methodologies, for development in eXact Packager and Scenario Generator• Working with virtual design and production personnel to develop e-learning sessions and media assets • Rapidly developing sessions when required• Mentoring junior instructional designers
