The role is a freelance work from home role. There are weekly targets for the number per hour of assessments required to be marked within this role. The job involves marking students’ assessments against marking schemes. It requires a balance between attention to detail and speed to meet the weekly targets. It has also provided me with experience working from home and managing communication remotely.

Helped customers complete purchases, locate items, and join rewards programs to promote loyalty, satisfaction, and sales. Checked identification for proof-of-age and refused alcohol and tobacco sales to underage customers. Provided high levels of customer service and restocked, arranged, and organized merchandise around checkout to maximize sales.

Achievements:• Negotiated and achieved support from several business areas of key growth strategies by identifying and communicating sales opportunities and risks.• Over optioning in every international store was reduced by introducing a process with the buying and product merchandising team of building and maintaining adequate range and store planning.• Better range planning allowed for a dramatic reduction in stock returning to our D.C and Inter Branch transfers, increasing profitability.• Q415 also saw a massive reduction in Markdown.
