Substitute teaching 1st - 8th grades (long-term and short-term)

Planned, managed and executed primary qualitative research projects in package design, brand identity and corporate identity, while meeting clients' objectives, timelines and budgets. Responsible for identifying and designing appropriate methodologies, writing proposals, screeners and discussion guides, recruiting participants, managing clients, moderating focus groups and in-depth interviews with consumers, analyzing results, preparing written summary reports, delivering in-person presentations of findings to senior client executives, and building business for research department. Also conducted trademark research and led brainstorming sessions. Clients included S.C. Johnson, General Mills, The Hershey Company, Blue Bunny, and Barilla.
