At the Brunswick at Longstown (my last employ), I was the Manager of the Personal Care facility I oversaw all aspects of the facility from overseeing all departments to ensuring that the budget (both operational and capital) if adhered to.

Worked here as an Executive Director from 2006 to 2013. Over those 7 years, I have increased census on our license multiple times with DPW. Managed 103 UNIT personal care facility. Led and Directed 75+ staff; Oversaw clinical area as well as the rest of the facility and departments; Created a retention/recruitment committee; Implemented a system to ensure all incidents and accidents are documented and addressed in a timely manner to ensure residents are receiving the highest quality of care; Implemented Community Outreaches for the facility to help the community; Reduced deficiencies from 50 to 2 (96%); Accomplishment I am most proud of-Developed several quality measures in the facility; entered and wrote about these quality measures that were implemented and then received a National Quality Bronze Award from AHCA/NCAL.

Managed 100 bed skilled nursing center; led and directed over 150+staff; Oversaw clinical area in center; oversaw campus in the absence of the Executive Director; Created Quality Measures for strategic planning for skilled nursing; Implemented care tracker for documentation for Minimum data sets; Implemented Nursing Home Week for the center.

Assisted the Administrator in any and all job responsibilities; Oversaw competencies; Oversaw clinical area in facility; includes quality indicators and quality measures; ran Medicare Skilled Nursing Meeting; Oversaw incident and accident reporting.
