• Negotiates all physician payer contracts.• Oversees the daily operations of the managed care contracting associates/analyst for all physician credentialing/re-credentialing activities with insurance plans.• Develop, manage, execute and own overall project plan and timelines for key deliverables for new multi-specialty physician practice start-ups including collaborating with architects to identify physician specialty practice requirements.• Lead and manage project team to ensure timely and effective completion of project assignments.• Leads the capital budget planning process for all new physician practice start-ups, including obtaining input from practice managers and medical directors on capital needs, obtaining bids, preparing capital budget requests and providing supporting documentation including ROIs.
