I am passionate about what I bring to the table and strive always to serve with excellence. Over my 10 plus years in foodservice, I’ve had the pleasure of working with global brands, national corporations, top tier universities and VIPs. Names like Bloomingdale’s, Williams-Sonoma, Princeton University, Drexel University, RWJ Barnabas Health, the Democratic National Convention and the City of Philadelphia.A combined 12 years working in human resources and broadcast television at Bloomberg laid the foundation for my communications, media and writing savvy. As a television personality, I’ve made many appearances on FOX TV, NBC TV, and PBS. I’ve had the distinct honor of lending my voice as thought leader, keynote speaker, moderator, presenter and panelist to audiences at the International Restaurant Show of New York, the New Jersey Conference for Women, Temple University and the Township of Union, New Jersey.My namesake JADE provides off-premise catering, cooking classes, gourmet desserts and edible gifts through its foodservice division, while JADE Consulting offers food startup and food program advising, culinary instruction via team building and dining etiquette workshops, event planning, media and speaker training.
