Contract Manager supporting Global accounts for NBS. Provide support in OM capacity for various LC's including MEN, GSM and MSS contracts under TSA agreement. Assist with clean-up and closing of open projects for global accounts. Work closely with Account Receivable to resolve disputes and help to facilitate collection of open invoices from customers in.

• Manage multiple contracts for Caribbean accounts ranging from $100k - $3M. Responsibilities include understanding and ensuring that contracts are managed and executed in accordance with the commercial aspects.
• Administer complex & non-complex commercial agreements including contractual terms, executive discount structure, schedules, billing milestones, Inco-terms, and order validation.
• Monitor deferred billings, down payment usage, shipments, inventory control, and cash acceleration.
• Maintain an accurate revenue forecast for orders on-hand and achieved or exceeded revenue targets.
• Effectively negotiate deliverables by maintaining collaborative partnerships with engineering, fulfillment prime, vendors and logistics primes to maximize revenue recognition, installation schedules and customer.
• Participate in kick off meetings with cross-functional groups (Sales, Project Management, Finance, customer fulfillment prime) to ensure alignment to contractual commitments, highlight exposures & opportunities and.

• Managed multiple projects for several Tier 1 accounts in Caribbean with aggressive implementation schedules. Responsible for lifecycle of orders up to the delivery phase; including tracking, shipping and billing in.
• Provided proactive support to the Contract Manager & Project Manager to ensure timely & complete deliveries through consistent communication and follow-up with the supply chain, and logistics teams.
• Monitored various product lines from multiple suppliers for consolidation, marshalling and timely shipment to customer.
• Prepared International billing/export documentation to meet financial, customer and customs clearance requirements. Proactively supported revenue assurance by maintaining billing milestones in system and updating.
• Participated in many special assignments to improve processes.

Provided end-to-end management of an order throughout its lifecycle throughthe supply chain in accordance with the terms and conditions of customercontracts. Responsible for Order Management processes related to accountspecific activities, including order entry, revenue booking, financial management and supply chain communications with full ownership and.
