Current Monitoring the LMS remedy queue and responding to enquiries and requests from all business functions of Queensland Rail. Creating files for new Accredited Training and Assessment Association (ATAA) members Ensuring existing ATAA members are compliant by undertaking a desktop audit of their files Administration tasks for ATAA members including:o Updating spreadsheets.o Emails requesting certified documents and proof of training Collation and preparation of data to create and maintain reports, graphs and other reporting tools for apprentices and trainees Coordination and authorisation of Australian Apprenticeship Centre (busy@work) apprenticeship/ traineeship contracts for new start apprentices and trainees. Compiling and authorising completion agreements for apprentices and trainees on behalf of Queensland Rail. Monitoring apprentice and trainee results to ensure they are progressing as required through each component of the apprenticeship or traineeship including:o Monitoring e-profiling reports from the e-profiling website for electrical stream apprenticeso Reviewing K to J report, this is a report sent by TAFE monthly for us to monitor the progression of our apprentices’ TAFE blocks that they attend as part of their classroom training. Liaising with supervisors on apprentice or trainee matters or concerns including:o Apprentices requesting early completiono Bringing attention to outstanding e-profiling cards for electrical stream apprenticeso Bringing attention to apprentices not obtaining a ‘J’ (pass) at the completion of each training block. Administration for apprentices and trainees including:o Running a ‘Monitoring of Tasks’ report on SAP monthly to show wage increases dueo Claiming of Government incentives available for apprentices and traineeso Updating spreadsheets to show current and completed apprentices and traineeso Coordination of TAFE training blocks for apprentices.
