After a decade of investing and working alongside some of the best tech founders in Canada, I founded Staircase Ventures on the belief that founders are the bedrock upon which companies are built and by changing how we work with and treat founders, we can dramatically change the trajectory of their businesses. I am committed to developing the Canadian tech ecosystem. I am co-chair of C100, on the Board of LEAP, a mentor at C100, and on the Ivey Business School Advisory Board. My background includes leadership at early-stage tech companies (eBay), operating experience (P&G), entrepreneurial success (Kijiji), and management consulting (McKinsey) work.
