As an HCM Manager at Kainos, I work with customers on full platform and/or HCM only implementations as an HCM Solution Architect, HCM Lead, and/or Recruiting Lead. I act as one of the HCM capability leaders and participate in staffing, pre-sales, and scoping activities. I manage 3-4 direct reports as well as support their direct reports.I partner with other team members on cross-functional initiatives such as: aligning on training content for consulting skills, streamlining our security approach for implementations, recommending improvements to project plan timelines and presentation best practices, gathering and updating available implementation resources and tools, and partaking in data conversion tool review and enhancements. I acted as one of the HCM Center of Excellence leaders as well as led the Security Center of Excellence. I represented the HCM team as an HCM Product Lead.

CrossCountry Consulting is a business advisory firm that offers services in business transformation, accounting, risk and compliance, and technology. At CrossCountry, I was a part of the Technology Solutions team and I supported Workday implementation projects. As a Managing Consultant, I had the opportunity work with customers on full platform or HCM only Launch implementations as HCM and/or Recruiting Lead as well as provide staff augmentation services. I assisted 4 customers from start to finish through to Go Live and acted as lead at various stages for 3 other implementations. I also supported our post-production support customers with a variety of requests.In addition to working on Workday implementations, I also acted as one of the HCM Center of Excellence leaders as well as led the Security Center of Excellence.

As a Senior Consultant, I had the opportunity to lead 3 Workday Launch projects through to Go Live as HCM and Recruiting Lead. In addition, I had the opportunity to act as staff augmentation for 3 customers , act as Release Manager for 1 customer, and assist 9 customers with post-production support.

As a Consultant at CrossCountry, I acted as an HCM shadow for 2 Workday Launch projects, assisted 5 customers with HCM/Recruiting post-production support, led 3 Workday Launch projects as HCM Lead, and assisted with 1 Workday Launch project as Recruiting Lead. In addition, I assisted 2 customers as Testing Coordinator managing 1,500 - 2,000 scenarios for end-to-end testing respectively.On projects, I worked with customers to identify and configure business requirements, functional design, and support procedures in order to maximize the effectiveness of their HR and/or Recruiting operations. I performed analysis and diagnosis of issues and managed client relationships. I also partnered with various other functional area leads during projects on data, organizational, and security setup.

When I worked at CCC, I supported and assisted corporate recruiters with the scheduling and logistics for interviews, the onboarding process for new hires, and weekly reporting. I managed background checks, I-9 documentation, and E-VERIFY work authorization. I also drove the execution for recruitment marketing projects: career page redesign, Glassdoor review responses, offer letter and candidate email template updates, and ongoing job description updates. In addition, I focused on data; I ensured talent and new hire data was accurate in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint as well as in the onboarding, HR software solution, and applicant tracking systems: RedCarpet, UltiPro, Taleo, and Workday. In 2017, I acted as lead on configuration and testing for the Workday recruiting module and then provided subsequent support following the December implementation. I conducted live group and individual trainings on Workday and hosted webinars for colleagues and managers as well. In 2016, I collaborated with recruiters, HR managers, hiring managers, and department leaders to design and program manage the first formal summer internship program for the company with 25 interns; in 2017, I led the preparation and execution for the program with 38 interns. During the summer program, I was the primary resource for interns and coordinated weekly learning objectives, New Hire Orientation, 10 unique events focused on company initiatives as well as personal development, and final presentations.

I was the Employer Liaison for three years at DeVry University's Addison campus. My role was to facilitate the connection of recent graduates seeking full-time employment with employers seeking quality candidates. I researched job opportunities on job boards, networked at Chamber of Commerce events, and used LinkedIn to generate and build relationships with hiring managers and HR teams. I posted an average of 300 cold and warm jobs/week on DeVry's national job lead database and saw up to 20% of graduate groups linked to my warm leads. On campus, I supported the academic internship program, presented LinkedIn workshops to groups of graduate and undergraduate students, and led the organization of three on campus Career Fairs annually with up to 65 employers and 200 students, graduates, and community members at each Fair. As an Income Development Representative, I managed a $289,000 Relay For Life portfolio in Lake County and assisted with the facilitation of other American Cancer Society events. The main events for which I coordinated logistics and volunteer support were the Relay for Life of Lake Forest College, Relay for Life of Highland Park/Deerfield, Relay for Life of Greater Waukegan, and Relay for Life of Glenview. I maintained event and social media websites for the main events (including Facebook and Twitter pages) and coordinated community marketing strategies. I worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern for the Freed Center of the Performing Arts for one school year. Employing creativity, I wrote press releases for the 2011-12 season and played "Betty," the icon for imaginative articles in the monthly newsletters. I promoted Freed Center productions by putting up posters in the businesses of neighboring communities and organized other necessary promotion such as radio announcements.
