Women’s Fitness Coach SpecialistQualified Yoga coach​I have retired and am lucky enough to live in a beautiful and historical Cumberland village in the Lake District National Park, (A World Heritage Site).After 55 years of dance coaching and having run a dance school first in Southport, Preston, Blackpool #JLCDance (the home of ballroom dancing) and latterly Millom for 35 years I decided this year it’s time to take a break from coaching but I’m happy to mentor, examine or adjudicate.
