Currently utilizing my Change Coach skills along with community engagement, and talent acquisition for a non-profit mission driven recruiting role. Seeing individuals for who they are rather than what they can accomplish for the "bottom line." Passionate about helping others look at their Ownership, Accountability, and Responsibility (OAR) for their pathway and to harness their positive potential. Other than my role as Community Engagement; the Change Coaching is my first love but a strong second in my current career path! I have facilitated workshops for large groups of job seekers and one on one coaching for those seeking career goal assistance, resume writing, and interviewing skills. Consistently working with individuals to create positive outcomes from negative beginnings to assist with clients reach their potential in the community.I have held leadership roles in the community for over 20 years with experience in industries such as higher education, workforce development, hiring, onboarding, training, evaluation, event coordination, business development, and office management. Extensive experience with developing, facilitation, and presentation of workshops using Microsoft Office Suite and other proprietary software applications. Confidence and communication are my key objectives in Community Engagement, Change Coach, and Facilitator.
