In this capacity, I play many roles, including lead coach, executive coach and action learning coach on programs for blue chip multinational clients. Additionally, I fulfil the roles of programme designer, programme director, programme integrator, lecturer and facilitator. I lecture and facilitate on the subjects of personal mastery, leadership and marketing. I have had the pleasure of working with blue chip clients such as Sanlam, Vodacom, Standard Bank, ABSA (Barclays), Anglo American, Seriti, AECI, Raubex, Discovery, Aspen Pharmaceuticals, amongst others.
