The national recognition received by both the teams and organizations that I led was due largely in part to this contagious level of passion. Whether we are implementing innovative programming, problem solving, or planning for the future, my teams excelled due their ability of creating exceptional member experiences. It is essential to foster an environment that places an emphasis on of professional growth and team development to enhance team cohesiveness. Driving results is more than exhibiting a high level of business acuity, being tech savvy or implementing innovative strategies; driving results is all about being a strong leader. Leadership is a quality that is earned and something that I work diligently every day to re-earn. My goal is to empower a team to strategically work towards the organizational vision while performing with a high level of integrity.
