I worked as an academic at the University of Newcastle for nine years and am now an Adjunct Associate Professor at RMIT University and a Research Associate at the University of Canberra's News and Media Research Centre (N&MRC).My research interests include creativity and cultural production, journalism, journalism education, and working in the digital space, and my research in these areas has been published in books and journals and presented at national and international conferences.
