I have a specific interest in bringing distressed properties back to life and providing high quality, affordable family homes to tenants, especially in the challenging current climate. Personally, I continue to actively invest in the North East of England whilst also providing property sourcing, coaching and mentoring services on a 1:1 basis. My specific aim is to help others learn property investment strategies in order to build their own property portfolios. This support can then provide wealth for both themselves and future generations without the hassle of travelling, conducting viewings and getting to know agents.With over 13 years experience working in a variety of senior operational and strategic management roles within the NHS, I have extensive experience in leadership, planning, general and project management roles as well organisational change and business development. I now utilise these skills in a business consultancy capacity to help systemise and strategise businesses to achieve their full potential, both within the property industry and other sectors.
