Responsible for multilingual event operations with uninterrupted interpretation on a global scale. I oversee the correct handover of events and clients in the regions of EMEA, APAC, and AMER. I collaborate with an incomparable multicultural team; each of the seven wonderful people in Language Services, interpreters and project managers/coordinators, is committed to the best selection of interpreters to meet the needs of the events, as well as asking for and providing any preparatory information, maintaining an event repository, and fostering internal and external best practices.In this role, I also act as a point of contact between the departments of finance, product, technical operations, and other actors of large-scale event organizations.

My role entails staffing events with the right talent, being the point of contact between clients and interpreters, thinking strategically of our internal processes, and engaging in cross-departmental collaboration to meet the needs of all of our clients, interpreters, and private and public sectors alike.
