The sales channels involved were seasonal catalogues as well as online.I joined the organisation to help set up the marketing operation and was involved in identifying and renting lists from overseas brokers to send the catalogues to. I set up the online presence with the IT team.I also worked on the branding and catalogue design with the graphic designers, liaised with the producers of the products and with the warehouse team on the packaging and despatch of the orders to customers.Unfortunately the craft co-operative folded due to poor sales from US when the recession of 2007 hit.
