Yoga in the Center is a Yoga Studio Located in Mill Creek Town Center, Mill Creek Wa.We provide weekly Yoga Classes, Teacher Training, and specialized workshops. Our passion is to create a space for students and teachers to cultivate a deeper connection to body, mind and whole being.

Eight Limbs is a Yogic approach to finding balance and harmony in your relationship with yourself through movement, mindfulness, and nourishment.
