Direct and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures for software QA. Evaluate and monitor tools, methodologies to ensure effective testing and identification/prevention of defects in production. Mentor and coach testers on best practices for software testing.

Lead team(s) of software QA engineers . Provide coaching and leadership in software QA best practices, standards, and methodologies. Develop and maintain library of test cases and test artifacts . Provide QA reports, perform root cause analysis and perform quality audits on critical systems in order to drive improvements. Arrange, lead and facilitate user acceptance testing with appropriate business stakeholders. Define and track quality assurance metrics. Liaise with Product Owner and Business Analysts to ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria. Work with IT infrastructure to set-up and maintain system infrastructure.

Develop standard QA processes and procedures for Agile testing for all Rig Solutions Business Application teams. Advise business application teams on best practices for testing. Build and manage team of QA Engineers. Implement process for managing test efforts in Microsoft Test Manager. Implement Automated testing using Microsoft Coded UI and Selenium. Supplement testing as needed.
