Currently have availability for a contract of up to 30 hours per month. Based in Vancouver, BC, I've been creating communications that inform and engage for a variety of companies and organizations since 2000. With a journalism background and a communications agency foundation, I'm the recipient of the Award of Excellence from the International Association of Business Communicators, BC Chapter. Whether audiences are internal or external and projects small or large-scale, I'm able to develop a strategic plan and provide attention to detail through project completion. While some organizations hire me to create and implement a plan, others just need help with one or the other. I'm equally happy to dive into planning or writing, along with any project management required to successfully move things along.When projects call for graphic design, I work collaboratively with in-house or contracted designers.
