My expertise lies largely in conceptualizing, managing and driving complex cross-functional programs, teams and initiatives that deliver business results. My line-management, communications and change management expertise provides me unique depth, breadth and perspective. In the capacity of Integration Leader, I've led the overall due diligence and cross-functional integration effort for a number of complex transactions. I’m experienced with cross-border transactions, and a multiple of transaction types ranging from acqui-hires, asset purchases to full blown integration efforts. In this capacity, I've developed strong communications, change management, and M&A practice development expertise.
