Responsible for providing exceptional brand experience to customers through the use of store windows, mannequin changes, interior changes, and visual displays. Also, in charge of setting weekly promotions and ensuring all visual store standards are upheld. Traveled numerous times to assist other locations with store flips, monthly directives, and visual refreshes. Managed the sales floor daily and coached associates in order to maximize sales and KPI’s.

Assisted store leaders with planning, mapping, and execution of merchandise in order to capture the seasonal vision of the store, as well as utilizing product knowledge to educate and train employees. Supported other stores when they were in need and during store remodels.

Mentored and tutored fourth graders at Sheridan Elementary with homework and other academic enrichment projects through an after school program managed by the YMCA.
