Started a new career working with dog owners teaching Dog Agility and Obedience in North Myrtle Beach, SC.I have over 25 years of experience in building huge businesses in the travel and airline sales industries. This, along with many years of investing in Real Estate, studying and practicing interior design and remodeling of homes in both Canada and the United States, enabled me to launch a successful business in Residential Real Estate in Southern California in 2009 during the worst market since the Great Depression. I have consistently ranked among the Top Producers in my market while helping buyers and sellers build their wealth and achieve their goals and dreams. I hold specialist certifications in Luxury Homes Sales, Probate Sales, Seniors Real Estate and Short Sales and Foreclosures.As the past Launch Coach at Keller Williams Beach Cities, I also continue to help new agents to launch their businesses and learn the ropes quickly. My first jobs after University were coaching Elite gymnasts and teaching school, so this coaching role comes naturally to me.I am a licensed Realtor in California and South Carolina and licensed Broker in North Carolina.I am Canadian born and hold both US and Canadian Citizenship.I embrace the Keller Williams' philosophy of Win, Win or no deal.
