Hi. I'm the co-founder of Swim, a leadership consultancy that works with creative companies to help emerging and experienced leaders to grow their ability to lead with creativity, humanity and impact.As the former Co-Chief Creative Officer of ad agency, Ogilvy & Mather, I was a creative leader for many years. Now, as a consultant, trainer and coach, I bring real world leadership experience, empathy and creativity to coaching leaders, and designing programs and processes that use creative tools and techniques to help them motivate others.
