McCulley brings two decades of brand development and experiential design to a diverse array of clients ranging from retail, hospitality, life science, consumer packaged goods, health and beauty to commercial real estate. With a focus on brand strategy, design, visual narrative and placemaking, McCulley enjoys collaborating with progressive clients to develop, articulate and design visual narratives including brand identity, brand design, interactive, video, environmental and interior design. With clients ranging from scrappy start-ups to Fortune 500’s, McCulley’s creative work can be seen out in the wild both locally and nationally, whether it be for a cheeky CPG brand found in national retailers, a rapidly growing REIT expanding into new markets or for a GPS-enabled tracking device for pets for a multinational industry leader in wireless telecommunication products.A co-founder of specialty retailer Muttropolis and Muttropolis.com, Janet also previously served as a Content Creator and Correspondent for Discovery Communications’ Animal Planet ; and as a Product & Brand Marketing Strategist at the multi-unit restaurant chain Jack in the Box, Inc.In her spare time, McCulley enjoys exploring the great outdoors, obscure travel destinations, skiing, hiking and watching for unicorns on her motion-activated wildlife camera. McCulley holds a BA in Communication, with a minor in Art History from The University of California, San Diego.
