• Partnered with ARI Fleet Management to supervise District vehicles, fuel cards, preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Fostered a collaboration with Tech Managers and Customer Relations to respond to Better Business Bureau and customer complaints.
• Successfully procured and distributed uniforms for 250 sales associates/service technicians and maintained proper thresholds for general office supplies, supplies for technicians and building maintenance.
