Was proven successful in a way that it gave the team an overview, status and process of all projects being worked on. At a higher level, I strategically placed myself to gain knowledge in an area of interest to become a well-rounded leader. Gained insight and was exposed to the People side of business from Organizational structure to dealing with human resource matters that impact culture. Was part of a partnership to build fluid career paths for all employees in the organization. The knowledge I had on the organization and its political climate was of great value when navigating through and creating new processes including the career path project. At a personal level, I was fortunate enough to meet and learn from great people that have changed the way we deal with people; such as, Joseph Greeny author of Crucial Conversation & Crucial Accountability along with other influencers of the realm of personal and professional development.
