Accountable for financial, risk management & administration operations of 16 sales offices and 3 manufacturing plants in APAC. Oversee the financial & management reporting, FPA, treasury, FX management, pricing, costing, tax, contract management, risk management and administration. Involved in key operation strategies of APAC, managed forecast and budget, setup governance, continuous improvement in systems, process and controls, established new banking and sales distribution relationships.

Responsible for finance, tax, treasury, legal, IT, HR and administration functions of APAC, including the setting up financial and management reporting system, job costing methodology, new pricing model, governance, established new banking relationship, developed finance team and collaboration. Worked closely with APAC CEO as business partner in strategies and key decision making.

Oversee the financial operation of 4 manufacturing plants and a liaison office in China. Job scope includes financial & management accounting, cost accounting and pricing, reporting, forecast & budget, planning & analysis, SOX and GAAP compliance, process and system improvement, internal audit, ERP implementation, local and foreign tax management etc.

Oversee finance, administration and HR matters of the Company

Oversee the financial reporting, analysis, cost accounting, budget, fund management and other adhoc financial projects of the Singapore manufacturing plant and the branch in Taiwan.
