I am a passionate public health professional who focuses on health policy, management, and community health education. I have a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health; I have been recognized for leadership in public health through my roles as a mentor and recipient of the June Culley Masters Award in Health Policy and Management.With hands-on experience in policy research, legislative analysis, and public health program implementation, I have contributed to various impactful projects. I have collaborated with city leadership, government delegates, and public health industry leaders to address critical issues, including housing assistance, healthcare access, and legislative health reform. I bring a solid foundation in research, data analysis, and project management, having contributed to studies on drug shortages in Canada, Latino community health interventions, and youth behavior research. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I am committed to promoting equity in healthcare, especially within underserved communities. I am excited to continue advancing my career in public health by applying my expertise to policies and programs that enhance healthcare systems, improve patient outcomes, and reduce disparities.
