After graduating from Central Michigan in 1998, I spent time implementing accounting and payroll software systems for large corporations. I transitioned into the insurance and financial services industry and eventually partnered with my husband in building a successful financial advising practice.For a brief period of time, we moved to Reno, NV and I worked for the Gaming Control Board as a gaming agent. This job taught me about general business practices, compliance, and accounting. It strengthened my skills when I returned to my current position as client services and marketing manager with our financial practice. It also taught me a love for the great outdoors and National Parks.
